I'd love to share a little about myself.
Hi, I'm Christina and I'm passionate about well-being and sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. It's pulled me through the most challenging times in my life, and has allowed me to deeply feel and appreciate all the blessings too. I firmly believe it can help anyone and everyone live a more mindful and joyFULL life. My intention is to help others gain strength, flexibility, equanimity, and balance both on the mat and in their lives. Whether it's the work I do as a HR talent manager or as a certified yoga instructor my dharma is to serve my communities. My teaching style blends straightforward wisdom with a lighthearted approach, reminding us that yoga is as joyful as it is transformative.
When I'm not working you can find me spending time with my husband and 3 boys, chasing sunsets, finding picturesque spots to ground myself (my favorite involves the beach), cooking & eating, and dreaming about my next travel adventure. Born and raised in NYC and currently residing in sunny Southern California I bring an easygoing, yet grounded energy to my sessions- helping students reconnect with themselves, find balance, and move through life with more joy.
I invite you to pause for a moment and reflect: How many times have you felt like you’re carrying too much on your plate? Overwhelm is something so many women experience in today’s world. We juggle being successful career women, caregivers for family and friends, and active members of our communities — and in the process, our own well-being often gets pushed aside. Does this sound familiar?
I understand these struggles all too well. For years, I put everything — my career, my family, and just about everyone else — before myself. At 40, I had the picture-perfect life: a loving husband, three healthy, beautiful children, a successful career... It seemed like I had everything I ever wanted, and I thought I was happy. But deep down, I was living in a constant state of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety.
My productivity came at a cost. Stress had become my baseline, and it was starting to show up in my mental and physical health. I was constantly exhausted, not taking care of myself, and not getting the "me time" I desperately needed.
After struggling for a few years, I had what I call a midlife "awakening" — an undramatic yet powerful realization that something had to change, or something bigger would force me to. I followed my intuition and booked my first solo vacation, a yoga retreat. That experience was truly transformative. Post-retreat, I shifted from a hustle mentality to one of slower, more intentional living, and a deeper sense of gratitude. As someone who loves DIY and a firm believer that we are our own best healers I've spent the last few years exploring different practices to better my life, and I’m grateful to say I’ve found what works for me: a holistic approach to wellness that restores my sanity, health, and joy. Yoga is at the core of my practice — it grounds me and sustains me, and I know it will continue to guide me through life. In fact, I’m probably more productive now than ever, because I’ve learned how to support my self-care and well-being.
You can’t pour from an empty cup, right?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in the same cycle I once was, I’m here to help you make a shift. I use yoga as a foundational tool to help my students reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and themselves. Because I believe that yoga isn’t just a physical practice — it’s a way of living. My goal is to help you live a more joyFULL, mindful, and balanced life.
